1. Overview

This website is operated by Lazqit (“Lazqit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Lazqit offers this website, including all information, products, services, and tools available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting Lazqit.ae, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our stickers and other products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, printing process, or production batch.

Minor variations in colour, dimensions, cutting, alignment, or finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product’s appearance or intended use.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Any accessories, devices, packaging, or background objects shown in photographs are not included unless clearly stated in the product description.

We may change, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without prior notice.

5. Sticker Use and Surface Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking whether a sticker is suitable for the intended surface before applying it.

For best results, stickers should be applied to a clean, smooth, and dry surface. Adhesion and removal may vary depending on the surface material, coating, temperature, moisture, exposure, and length of application.

We are not responsible for surface marks, residue, fading, paint damage, or other damage caused by applying or removing a sticker, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. We recommend testing the sticker on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Stickers are not toys and may present a choking hazard to young children. Adult supervision is recommended.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any other fees will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. We will not add undisclosed charges after an order has been placed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin preparing it for dispatch.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
The delivery information is incomplete or appears incorrect;
We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised resale;
There is a genuine pricing or product-information error; or
Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Lazqit is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been prepared or handed to the delivery provider.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Refund Policy.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may be completed by an independent delivery provider. Delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If an order is delayed to the extent that it can no longer reasonably be used for its intended purpose, any remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE law and our Refund Policy.

Any additional delivery fee for reshipping an order returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its description, or otherwise eligible for return under applicable UAE law.

Used, peeled, applied, or customer-damaged stickers cannot ordinarily be returned unless their use was reasonably necessary to identify a defect.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including validity dates, minimum order values, eligible products, and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
Only one discount code may be used per order;
Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed; and
Delivery charges do not count toward a minimum order value.

We may cancel or correct a promotion where it has been published with an obvious error or is being misused.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available through Lazqit—including sticker artwork, illustrations, characters, designs, photographs, videos, logos, branding, product names, text, graphics, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Lazqit and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical product only. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, copy, trace, scan, modify, manufacture, distribute, resell, or commercially use the artwork.

You may not use Lazqit’s content or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

13. Customer Photos and Content

If you send us photographs, videos, reviews, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it.

We will not use customer content in advertising or promotional materials solely because Lazqit was tagged. If we wish to repost or commercially use your content, we may ask for your permission.

Where you expressly give us permission, you grant Lazqit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and share the approved content through our website, social-media accounts, and promotional channels. You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us, although this may not affect material already published or produced.

14. Reviews and Communications

Reviews, messages, and other submissions must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. We will not knowingly publish false reviews or materially alter the meaning of a customer review.

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted. You may unsubscribe using the link provided in the message or by contacting us.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website:

For an unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
To violate intellectual-property or privacy rights;
To submit malicious code or interfere with website security;
To collect another person’s information without permission;
To impersonate another person or provide false information;
To make unauthorised commercial use of our content; or
To attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the website.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Our store is hosted using Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics, and other operational functions.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not exclude any responsibility we have under applicable law for services used to fulfil your order.

17. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the website available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, suspend, or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Product information, availability, and website content may also be updated from time to time.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lazqit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products.

Our total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a greater liability is required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, infringement of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Lazqit for reasonable losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms.

This section does not apply to losses caused by Lazqit or restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

20. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be shared with service providers where necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud, provide customer support, or meet legal obligations.

21. Complaints

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, including the competent courts of Dubai where applicable, without limiting any consumer right to approach an authorised consumer-protection or dispute-resolution body.

23. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

24. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order placed before the updated terms took effect.
